iPhone Not A Total Sell-Out On First Day
It looks like those folks who waited a day or more in line at Apple stores to get their hands on the long awaited iPhone didn't have to worry about the device becoming a sell-out product on the first day. News.com is reporting that after the inital line of people were taken care of in New York City's Apple store, anyone could walk into the store and pick one up. Indeed Apple's own web site shows that at least at their various Apple stores there are still iPhones available to be bought today. There's no word on what the availability is at AT&T stores.
Buying an iPhone off the Apple web site is also available but shipment is expected to take between two to four weeks.
