PS3 $100 Price Cut Coming July 15? Free Year Of Xbox Live Gold?

According to a message board post at DVD Forum the Sunday newspaper circular for Circuit City for the week beginning July 15 shows a $100 price reduction for Sony's Playstation 3 console, which may be an indication that Sony may finally be reducing the price of their currently low selling console.

The same Sunday newspaper ad also shows that anyone who purchases an Xbox 360 console will get a free year of Xbox Live Gold online service for the console which normally costs $49.99. It is currently unknown if these price breaks are Circuit City exclusives or company wide reductions by Sony and Microsoft.
