Why I'm looking forward to Guitar Hero 3, and dreading it

I'm really looking forward to Guitar Hero 3, the recently announced titles all sound fantastic, in particular I'm looking forward to rocking out as much as I can to:

  • "3's and 7's" – Queens of the Stone Age
  • "Cherub Rock" – Smashing Pumpkins
  • "Even Flow" – Pearl Jam
  • "Knights of Cydonia" – Muse
  • "The Metal" – Tenacious D
  • "Miss Murder" – AFI
  • "My Name Is Jonas" – Weezer
  • "The Number of the Beast" – Iron Maiden
  • "One" – Metallica
  • "Raining Blood" – Slayer
  • "Reptilia" – The Strokes
  • "Sabotage" – Beastie Boys

Rock band will be the complete experience, but there are some songs here you just can't pass up (Metallica's One is possibly my all time favourite song).

Although on the other hand I've just watched this video:

Dragonforce are insane (for technical guitar riffs), and this tribute by Guitar Hero 3 just confirms it.... my fingers feel numb just watching that.
